Price includes: electricity (average use), hot water, bedding and small towels (optional).

Central heating surcharge per day applies in cooler months and depends on usage (negotiable; approx € 25 - € 35 per day)
• Changeover day is Saturday (Friday negotiable, ex high season) Arrive after 5pm, depart before 11.30am
